EDDIE MURPHY (Professor Sherman Klump / Mama Papa Ernie Granny /Buddy Love Executive Producer) began his career as a standup comedian 24 years ago going onto join the cast of Saturday Night Live and establish successful silver screen.

Among many film credits are: 48 Hrs; Trading Places; Beverly Hills Cop which led blockbuster sequel II; Another 48Hrs; Boomerang; Distinguished Gentleman; Golden Child; Raw.

Murphy portrayed four different characters in Coming to America in 1988. The following year he made his directorial debut with Harlem Nights, a period comedy he wrote and starred in opposite Richard Pryor and Redd Foxx. And in 1996, he portrayed seven different characters in the worldwide box-office smash The Nutty Professor.

More recently, the actor appeared in and produced Life, co-starring Martin Lawrence; the box-office hit Dr. Dolittle; the hit comedy Bowfinger, opposite Steve Martin; and as the voice of Mushu the Dragon in the animated hit Mulan. Murphy will next be seen in Pluto Nash, and is scheduled to begin production on the sequel to Dr. Dolittle, as well as The Incredible Shrinking Man, to be directed by Peter Segal for Universal and Imagine.
